    Check compressor amps and operations

    Check outdoor fan motor amps and operations

    Check indoor blower motor amps and operations

    Check pressures, superheat and subcool

    Check electrical wiring and relays

    Check capacitor ratings

    Check t-stat for accuracy and operations

    Check temperature drop

    Check drain lines

    Check filters

    Flush primary drain line** if accessible**

    Flush secondary drain line 

    Water wash condenser coils **if water connection is available**

    Inspect evaporator coil **if accessible** (Deep chemical clean is an additional cost)

    Check duct work for leakage

    Check circuit board integrity

    Check fan blade and blower wheel for proper operation and balance

    Check emergency drain pan integrity

    Check overall integrity of the system and make any necessary recommendations
